We have made visiting historic St. Augustine, Florida during the Nights of Lights celebration an annual trip and one we look forward to each year. This year, St. Augustine will celebrate the holiday season with its 27th annual Nights of Lights. This time of year in St. Augustine is simply magical. From The Light-Up Ceremony on Saturday, November 14, 2020 and continuing through Sunday, January 31, 2021 you can enjoy a festive atmosphere in a dazzling display of over three million white lights. The downtown and historic district have many dinning, shopping and lodging choices to select from. We plan on going back this year in hopes of taking better photos at a later time of night. In some of the photos we took, we don’t think all of the lights were on yet.
The Nights of Lights Display in Historic St Augustine
Plaza de la Constitucion, between King Street and Cathedral Place, during St. Augustine’s Nights of Lights is a beautiful display in celebration of the holiday season in the Nations oldest city.
